2. Website No-Log Practices
AutoLens Studio does not maintain its own persistent visitor logs or visitor profiles.
We do not independently retain:
- Visitor IP address logs.
- Browser or device profiles.
- Operating-system or language profiles.
- Page-view or referring-page histories.
- Cross-site browsing histories.
- Advertising profiles.
- A database of website chat transcripts.
The website may temporarily process limited technical information in memory when needed to deliver a request, protect a form, or prevent abuse. AutoLens Studio does not keep that information as a persistent visitor record.
3. Cookies and Third-Party Website Services
The website may use a limited session cookie for security and form functionality. This cookie is not used by AutoLens Studio to identify you across unrelated websites or build an advertising profile.
Third-party services used for hosting, security, content delivery, tag management, analytics, payments, email, file delivery, or website chat may process technical or transactional information under their own privacy policies. AutoLens Studio does not maintain that technical information in its own customer records unless it is separately provided to us as part of a booking, payment, or direct communication.
AutoLens Studio does not sell personal information, use booking information for third-party targeted advertising, or maintain advertising profiles about website visitors.
You may limit or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking an essential session cookie may prevent certain forms or website functions from working correctly.
4. How We Use Information
We use information you provide to:

We may send promotional messages only when the recipient has consented or when otherwise permitted by law. Service, booking, invoice, and delivery communications are not promotional messages.
5. How Information May Be Shared
We may share information only when reasonably necessary for AutoLens Studio operations.
A. AutoLens Studio Personnel and Contractors
Authorized photographers, videographers, editors, assistants, and contractors may receive the information needed to perform or support an assigned project.
B. Business Service Providers
We may use service providers for email, payment processing, accounting, hosting, website security, file delivery, scheduling, website chat, or similar business functions.
These providers receive only the information needed for the service they perform and process it under their own terms and privacy practices.
C. Private Team Communications
Booking details may be delivered to authorized AutoLens Studio team members through private email or private team communication tools so that we can review and coordinate the requested session.
D. Website Chat
Messages submitted through the website chat are transmitted to the automated chat service shown in the interface so that a response can be generated.
AutoLens Studio does not maintain a separate long-term database of website chat transcripts. Information submitted through chat is not treated as a confirmed booking. To create a booking record, use the official booking form or contact us directly.
E. Payment Processing
Payment information is submitted directly to the selected payment processor. AutoLens Studio does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card numbers.
We may retain transaction status, payment confirmation, invoice, receipt, refund, and accounting information needed for business and tax records.
F. Legal and Safety Reasons
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with a valid legal requirement, court order, subpoena, or government request.
- Investigate fraud, abuse, infringement, threats, or a security incident.
- Protect the rights, safety, property, or systems of AutoLens Studio, our clients, or others.
- Obtain legal, accounting, insurance, or other professional assistance.
- Complete a business reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.
6. Discord Community and Bot
AutoLens Studio operates an official Discord community and Discord bot.
The bot processes slash-command information through Discord only as needed to complete the requested command. AutoLens Studio does not use the bot to maintain user profiles, advertising profiles, IP logs, or a separate archive of Discord message history.
Public messages and content posted in Discord remain subject to Discord's own platform controls, retention practices, terms, and privacy policy.
Additional information is available in the AutoLens Studio Discord Bot Policy.
7. Photography and Media Information
A photography or video session may capture:
- Vehicles and license plates.
- People, voices, or likenesses.
- Public or private locations.
- Business names, signs, or logos.
- Other details visible or audible during the session.
The AutoLens Studio Terms of Service, Media License Agreement, and any applicable release or project agreement govern the creation, delivery, licensing, and promotional use of that media.
Tell us before the session if the project requires confidentiality, an embargo, plate blurring, private-location protection, or other restrictions. Any restriction must be accepted in writing.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was provided.
Booking records, client communications, invoices, receipts, payment confirmations, contracts, releases, licensing records, and related business records may be retained as needed for service delivery, accounting, taxes, insurance, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement.
Project media and working files may be retained, archived, or deleted at AutoLens Studio's discretion unless a written agreement states otherwise. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own backups of delivered media.
Website chat messages are not retained by AutoLens Studio as long-term client records unless the same information is separately submitted through a booking, email, invoice, agreement, or other direct business communication.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect the information we maintain. These measures may include access restrictions, account security, secure transmission, limited contractor access, and protected file delivery.
No transmission or storage method is completely secure. We cannot guarantee that information will never be lost, accessed, altered, or disclosed without authorization.
10. Your Requests and Choices
You may contact us to request:
- Access to personal information we reasonably maintain about you.
- Correction of inaccurate information.
- Deletion of information that is no longer needed.
- Clarification about how your information is handled.
- Removal from optional promotional communications.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. A request may be limited or denied when information must be retained for tax, accounting, legal, security, contractual, insurance, or recordkeeping reasons, or when fulfilling the request would affect another person's rights.
11. Children
AutoLens Studio's website and services are not directed to children under 13.
A booking involving a minor should be submitted or approved by a parent or legal guardian when required. Contact us if you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information without proper authorization.
12. Third-Party Links and Platforms
Our website or communications may link to social networks, payment providers, file-delivery services, Discord, or other third-party platforms.
AutoLens Studio does not control those services and is not responsible for their privacy practices, security, or content.
13. Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, website, vendors, or legal obligations change.
The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires a different approach.
