Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to photography, videography, editing, licensing, booking, website, and related services provided by Srdjan Lopez LLC d/b/a AutoLens Studio ("AutoLens Studio," "we," "us," or "our").
By submitting a booking request, approving an estimate or invoice, paying for services, checking the acceptance box on our website, or using delivered media, you agree to these Terms. If you book for a company, organization, vehicle owner, or another person, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that party.
A signed proposal, statement of work, estimate, invoice, or other written agreement may contain project-specific terms. If it directly conflicts with these Terms, the project-specific written agreement controls for that project.
Effective date: July 10, 2026.

1. Services
AutoLens Studio provides automotive photography, rolling photography, static photography, short-form video, editing, social-media content, and related media services. Package descriptions, quantities, locations, schedules, and pricing shown on our website are subject to availability and may change before a booking is confirmed.
Custom commercial, event, dealership, sponsor, brand, and recurring-content projects require written scope and licensing terms.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Submitting the website form is a request, not a confirmed reservation.
A booking is confirmed only after:
- AutoLens Studio accepts the requested date, time, location, package, and scope in writing.
- The required payment is received.
Full payment is generally required to confirm a standard session unless an invoice or written agreement states that a deposit or different payment schedule applies. We may decline or propose changes to a request based on availability, weather, safety, location restrictions, travel, or project fit.
3. Pricing, Travel, Taxes, and Additional Work
The price shown in the accepted estimate, invoice, or payment request controls.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
- Package pricing covers only the listed deliverables and one agreed session.
- Add-ons, additional vehicles, additional locations, extended shooting time, rush delivery, commercial usage, permits, parking, tolls, venue fees, and special production costs are additional.
- Travel is billed at the rate shown on the pricing page or accepted estimate. The current standard is $1 per mile after the first 20 miles from Lake Stevens, Washington, calculated one way.
- Applicable taxes, if any, will be shown on the invoice or payment request.
Work requested after the scope is confirmed may require a revised estimate and additional payment before work begins.
4. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds
For standard sessions canceled by the client:
- At least 48 hours before the scheduled start time: 100% refund.
- At least 24 hours but less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time: 50% refund.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, or failure to appear: no refund.
A client-requested date change is treated as a cancellation unless AutoLens Studio agrees in writing to move the payment to a new date.
Weather, unsafe road conditions, mechanical problems involving production vehicles, restricted locations, emergencies, or other conditions may make a session impractical or unsafe. If AutoLens Studio postpones a session for those reasons, the parties will first try to reschedule. If AutoLens Studio cannot perform the session and no reasonable replacement date is agreed upon, amounts paid for the unperformed service will be refunded.
Custom commercial projects, events, multi-vehicle productions, rentals, permits, and third-party expenses may have different cancellation terms stated in the applicable agreement. Nonrecoverable third-party costs approved by the client remain the client's responsibility.
5. Client Preparation and Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking and contact information.
- Arriving on time with the correct vehicle in a clean, safe, legal, and presentable condition.
- Maintaining valid registration, insurance, licensing, and legal authority to operate or provide the vehicle.
- Securing permission to use private property, venues, roads, or other restricted locations.
- Disclosing material restrictions, confidentiality requirements, hazards, or special requests before the session.
- Obtaining consent from passengers, models, employees, owners, or other participants when required.
- Following all instructions related to safety and location access.
Late arrival may reduce available shooting time and deliverables without a price reduction. AutoLens Studio is not responsible for missed content caused by lateness, vehicle condition, traffic, crowds, location restrictions, weather, lighting changes, or a participant's failure to cooperate.
6. Motion and Rolling Sessions
Safety controls every motion or rolling session.
No participant is required or authorized to speed, race, drive recklessly, block traffic, trespass, violate traffic laws, or perform an unsafe maneuver for a photograph or video. The vehicle driver remains solely responsible for operating the vehicle and deciding whether a maneuver is lawful and safe.
AutoLens Studio may stop, relocate, modify, or cancel a session if conditions appear unsafe or unlawful. A safety-related decision made in good faith is not a breach of these Terms.
7. Creative Direction and Editing
The client acknowledges AutoLens Studio's existing portfolio, style, color treatment, framing, and creative judgment. AutoLens Studio retains reasonable creative control unless specific requirements are accepted in writing before the session.
Standard editing may include selection, cropping, color correction, exposure adjustment, cleanup, stabilization, and other ordinary post-production. Extensive retouching, object removal, compositing, revisions, or style changes are not included unless stated in the accepted scope.
AutoLens Studio is not required to deliver every image or clip captured during a session.
8. Delivery
Unless a different schedule is stated in writing:
- Standard edited photographs are targeted for delivery within 72 hours after the session.
- Reels and other short-form video are targeted for delivery within five business days after the session.
These are good-faith delivery targets, not guarantees. Delivery may be delayed by unusually large projects, requested revisions, client delays, equipment failure, illness, internet or hosting outages, severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside reasonable control. We will provide a reasonable update if a material delay occurs.
Delivery is made through the method selected by AutoLens Studio, such as a private download link, email, or approved file-transfer service. The client is responsible for downloading and backing up delivered files promptly.
9. RAW Files and Unselected Material
RAW photographs, original camera files, project files, source files, unedited clips, unused takes, and rejected images are not included in standard packages.
They may be withheld, deleted, archived, or offered under separate written terms at AutoLens Studio's discretion. Payment for a package does not purchase cameras, storage media, editing files, or every item captured.
10. Corrections and Service Issues
The client must report a claimed delivery error or material failure to meet the confirmed scope within seven calendar days after delivery and describe the issue with reasonable detail.
For a verified technical error or material failure attributable to AutoLens Studio, our obligation is limited, at our option, to:
- Correcting or replacing the affected deliverable.
- Providing a reasonable partial re-shoot.
- Refunding the amount reasonably attributable to the affected deliverable.
A difference in personal taste, a change of mind, dissatisfaction with a disclosed creative style, vehicle appearance, weather, location conditions, or circumstances outside our control does not automatically entitle the client to a refund or re-shoot.
11. Ownership and Client License
Unless a signed written agreement expressly transfers ownership, AutoLens Studio owns the copyrights and all other intellectual-property rights in the photographs, videos, edits, and other deliverables it creates.
After full payment, the client receives the usage rights described in the AutoLens Studio Media License Agreement. Standard consumer packages include personal, non-commercial usage only. Business, dealership, sponsor, event, paid advertising, product, resale, and other commercial uses require written commercial licensing terms.
No copyright is transferred merely because a client paid for services or received files.
12. Portfolio and Promotional Use
Unless the client opts out in writing before the session or a project-specific confidentiality agreement says otherwise, the client authorizes AutoLens Studio to display final deliverables and the vehicle for AutoLens Studio's portfolio, website, social media, awards, demonstrations, and promotion of its own services.
We will not intentionally publish a client's private contact information or a precise private address. A public social-media handle may be tagged when the client provides it for that purpose.
Recognizable people, models, or private-property owners may be asked to sign a separate release. The client may not promise usage rights on behalf of another person without that person's authority.
13. Third-Party Rights and Client-Provided Material
The client represents that any logo, music, photograph, footage, graphic, instruction, location access, or other material the client supplies may lawfully be used for the project.
The client is responsible for claims arising from client-supplied material, unauthorized instructions, or the client's failure to obtain required permissions. AutoLens Studio may refuse material or instructions that appear unlawful, infringing, deceptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with our standards.
14. Website and Chat
Website content, availability, pricing, examples, and automated chat responses are informational and may contain errors or become outdated. Website chat does not confirm a booking, change an invoice, create a deadline, or provide legal, financial, safety, or professional advice.
Do not submit payment-card information, passwords, government identification numbers, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through booking notes or chat.
We may suspend website or chat access that is abusive, automated, unlawful, disruptive, or harmful to our systems or users.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, services, website features, chat, and deliverables are provided on an "as available" basis. Except for commitments expressly stated in a confirmed written scope, AutoLens Studio disclaims implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Nothing in these Terms limits a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- AutoLens Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
- AutoLens Studio's total liability arising from a particular project will not exceed the amount the client paid AutoLens Studio for that project.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or to damages caused by fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence.
AutoLens Studio is not responsible for vehicle damage, citations, towing, accidents, injuries, or losses caused by a driver's decisions, vehicle defects, unauthorized activity, unsafe conduct, third parties, or conditions outside AutoLens Studio's reasonable control.
17. Indemnification
The client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Srdjan Lopez LLC, AutoLens Studio, and their owners, personnel, and contractors from third-party claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from:
- The client's breach of these Terms.
- Client-supplied material or instructions.
- The client's lack of authority or required consent.
- Unlawful, reckless, or unsafe conduct by the client or participants under the client's control.
- The client's use of deliverables outside the granted license.
This section does not require the client to indemnify a party for that party's own gross negligence or willful misconduct.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, wildfire, road closure, government order, venue closure, labor interruption, utility or internet outage, platform failure, equipment casualty despite reasonable care, illness, emergency, or natural disaster.
Payment obligations for completed work and approved nonrecoverable costs remain due.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
Washington law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before filing a lawsuit, the parties will make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute directly. If it remains unresolved, the parties agree to attempt nonbinding mediation when reasonably practical.
Any court proceeding must be filed in a state court located in Snohomish County, Washington, or in the federal court with jurisdiction over Snohomish County, unless applicable law requires a different venue.
20. Changes to These Terms
The version accepted for a confirmed booking governs that booking unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Material changes do not retroactively alter an already confirmed project.
21. General Terms
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. The client may not transfer a booking or license without written approval. Electronic records, checkboxes, typed names, and electronic signatures may be used to evidence acceptance.
Headings are for convenience and do not change meaning.
